Freedom of speech. Intellectual freedom. The right to hold opinions that contrast with the majority view. I started paying close attention to the climate debate after I noticed that many green activists seemed not to value those things.
This advertisement is real. It was created by an environmental organization based in the UK. It contains four scenarios in which people – including school children – who express ambivalence toward reducing their personal carbon footprint are blown to pieces.
It’s difficult to exaggerate this. In this video, people are murdered for expressing a different opinion. As a bonus, those in the vicinity get splattered with blood and gore.
